The role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets, involving building and maintaining customer relationships as well as delivering a high standard of parts supply and service across Sime Motors Australia's luxury brand network in Queensland, including BMW, Volvo, Polestar and Geely.

The successful candidate will be a relationship-driven sales professional with a proven ability to generate current business engagement and deliver consistent results.

Key responsibilities

- Promote and sell parts and services across Sime Motors Australia's luxury brands portfolio in QLD, including BMW and Volvo
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through structured customer visits
- Identify, pursue, and open new parts and service accounts (minimum one per month)
- Achieve monthly sales targets in line with budget
- Keep customers informed of new products, pricing, and supply updates
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and market trends
- Assist with counter sales, stocktake, vehicle stock management, and workshop support as required




- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Comply with all Sime Motors Australia policies, procedures, and WHS requirements

About you

- Experience in parts sales, automotive sales, or parts retail
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and sales-driven
- Experience working with luxury or premium automotive brands (preferred)
- Parts & Merchandising qualification (desirable)
- Current, clean driver's licence
