We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll & Accounts Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday each week.

Key Responsibilities:

End to end payroll processing

Accounts payable & receivable

Liaising with accountant

Reconcile bank accounts

Maintain accurate financial records

General payroll & accounting administration

What we are looking for:





Robust payroll & accounts experience

Excellent knowledge of XeroExperience with JobAdder & Ratescalc highly regarded

High attention to detail & ability to work independently

Ability to work extra days if needed.

$40-$50 per hour depending on experience.
