Our client is requiring an experienced MicrOpay Payroll Officer to work 3 days per week, to manage the payroll for a 3 month period. You will be working onsite based in Welland.

On a daily basis your role will involve:





- Update and input master data payroll changes into MicrOpay
- Action any queries or adjustments
- Importing time sheets
- Adjust insufficient leave balances/entries and reconcile
- Finalise pays Weekly and payroll reporting
- Auditing of payruns
- Check, update and reconcile workers compensation payments.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent knowledge of MicrOpay
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A good team player
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
