About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our Support Office team in Biggera Waters. Working alongside an experienced Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting a growing multi-state organisation.
Key responsibilities include
- Fortnightly and off-cycle payroll processing
- Payroll reporting and data maintenance
- Superannuation processing and reconciliations
- Managing payroll enquiries and shared inboxes
- Worker Retention Grant reconciliations and payments
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting payroll compliance and process improvements
About You
You'll be a detail-oriented team player with:
- Demonstrated experience working in payroll
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experience with payroll systems such as Humanforce Payroll (or similar)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
