This is a broad People &

- Culture role combining HR systems, data and reporting, operational HR and generalist support.

Working closely with the People &

- Culture team, you will help ensure P&C; systems, processes and employee data operate effectively, while supporting managers and employees across the employment lifecycle.

- Administer and maintain P&C; systems and AI-enabled technologies, supporting system enhancements, configuration, upgrades, testing, access controls and data integrity.

- Maintain employee and organizational data within SAP, including positions, reporting relationships, hierarchies and cost centres, ensuring accurate data feeds across systems.

- Develop routine and ad hoc reporting and support analysis of workforce data to inform business decision-making.

- Coordinate system training and maintain user guides and supporting documentation.

- Manage operational HR processes including pre-employment checks, offers, onboarding, employment variations, remuneration reviews and offboarding.

- Support key P&C; initiatives including performance and development cycles, engagement surveys, succession and talent reviews, reward and recognition programs and continuous improvement projects.

- Provide generalist HR support and advice on policies, procedures and Australian employment legislation.





- Maintain position descriptions and undertake Mercer remuneration benchmarking for new and existing roles.

- Coordinate compliance, reporting and audit requirements, including WGEA reporting.

- Provide administrative support across WHS activities, including committee coordination, incident follow-up, workers compensation claims and ergonomic assessments.

What we need

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.

- Experience administering P&C;/HR systems and exposure

- Generalist HR experience, ideally within a service-based or private sector environment.

- Experience across recruitment administration, onboarding, offboarding, employment variations and remuneration processes.

- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, HR policies and contemporary HR practices.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with employee data, systems and reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a solid focus on service delivery and business outcomes.
