- Making P&C; easy to navigate: Respond to enquiries,
provide practical guidance and help managers and employees understand recruitment and employment processes.
- Making things better: Spot opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration and contribute to initiatives that support our evolving workplace.
You will balance competing priorities, handle confidential information with care and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy.
What skills will you bring?
You are someone who takes ownership, enjoys working with people and knows that great P&C; support is all about getting the details right while making the process feel easy for everyone involved.

It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in local government or the public sector.
- An understanding of merit-based recruitment and equal employment opportunity principles.
- Experience attracting candidates, writing engaging job advertisements and using online recruitment or social channels.
