Prospect to become a personal care worker providing quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in LARA VIC
Tasks include:
- Personal care and domestic household duties
- Meal preparations
- Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
- Be proactive with our clients’ needs
- Maintaining records and continuous communicating with our excellent client services staff
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to support client requests
- In Home Respite Care
- Transport, shopping and appointments
- Community Inclusion social support and companionship
ABOUT YOU We are looking for Personal Care Attendants who can inspire others, build relationships, and make a real difference. Perfect for those with experience in aged care, dementia, disability and palliative care.
Shift times and length vary depending on clients needs. Minimum 2 hour shifts,
can get several clients in an area and kms reimbursed
Hourly rates $38-$40 p/h Weekdays
Weekend rates.
What are we looking for?
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
- Experience in aged care, disability and home care
- Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Current Police Check(within 12 months)
Job Type: Casual Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour

- Lara VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
