About the role

As a founding Personal Trainer at Fitness First Black Label Double Bay, you'll have the opportunity to build your Personal Training business in one of Sydney's most prestigious locations, inside a brand-new, world-class fitness and wellness destination. Located in the affluent Double Bay community, this is an exceptional opportunity to establish your PT business in a premium market where health, fitness and wellbeing are part of the lifestyle. You'll have the independence of running your own Personal Training business, backed by the experience, systems and reputation of Fitness First.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding coaching and create memorable member experiences

- Build your reputation and grow your business alongside a brand-new membership community from day one

- Connect with new members through consultations, body composition scans and club activities

- Generate leads and grow your client base through structured business-building activities

- Set your own rates, manage your schedule and build your personal brand

- Participate in sales, marketing and business development activities

About you

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness

- Current First Aid and CPR

- Appropriate fitness registration and insurance

- ABN and Australian working rights

- Love fitness and genuinely enjoy helping others

- Have great energy, confidence and communication skills

- Are ambitious, motivated and ready to grow your own business





- Take pride in delivering high-quality coaching and customer service

- Enjoy building relationships and connecting with people

- Are proactive, qualified and eager to keep learning
