The Opportunity

You'll operate as an independent Personal Trainer within an established Anytime Fitness club, focusing on attracting clients, delivering high-quality coaching and developing long-term client relationships.

You'll be supported through practical business education, mentoring and ongoing guidance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and managing your own client base.

- Engaging with club members and developing coaching relationships.

- Conducting fitness consultations and assessments.

- Delivering personalised Personal Training sessions.

- Implementing lead generation and sales strategies.

- Developing your knowledge of business operations and client retention.

Who We're Looking For

You'll need

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or be close to completing your qualifications.

- Current First Aid and CPR before commencing.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others.

- The motivation to build and manage your own business.

- A willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Previous PT industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
