Looking for a casual personal training role in Calista? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
To be considered
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.
Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
What the role involves
Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
