Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Austral Varroville

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Varroville. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What the role involves

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.





Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
