Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Sydenham

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Sydenham. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What you will need

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What the role involves
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.




- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
