Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Redcliffe. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
What you will do
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Pay and super This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.
By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check. When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
