PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Hillsdale

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Hillsdale. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay and super

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What you will do

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.





Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
