Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Smithfield

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Smithfield who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Day to day

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support. To be considered A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.



By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
