Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Whittington who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
What you will need A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Pay
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your responsibilities
Work within our coaching and administration processes. Coach each client one-to-one. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Apply with your CV. We are happy to answer questions about the role.
