Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Luddenham. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will do Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
What you will need A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Pay rates
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission.
The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
