Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Arncliffe

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Arncliffe. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

When you need to be available

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability,



not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
