Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West North Rocks

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in North Rocks. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What the role involves

- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
