Snap Fitness Concord West Riverview | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Riverview. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Requirements A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay rates

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week




- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your responsibilities
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
