About the Role

We’re looking for a Hybrid Role Pest & Hygiene Technician to join our growing Mid North Coast team, mainly servicing customers between Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.

- Primarily pest control work and also includes hygiene servicing
- 98% commercial customers with minimal residential work
- Minimal termite inspections - less than 5% of your workload

You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers (mainly commercial)




- Completing hygiene servicing including sanitary & washroom consumables at select sites
- Building strong relationships with long-term customers
- Providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities when appropriate
- Completing service reports using our mobile systems
- Providing professional customer service and representing the CPS brand

What You Need

- Current Pest Management Licence (or ability to obtain)
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physically fit and reliable
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
- Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Hygiene experience is not required
