YOUR HOURS

- Ongoing casual, with hours negotiable to suit you
- On-call availability preferred, so you can pick up shifts when the team needs you

YOUR MISSION IS TO:
- Be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit better, and get to know your regulars by name
- Help grow our member community and hit engagement targets
- Keep the floor looking brilliant: stocked, tidy and ready to impress
- Spot opportunities to boost sales through great advice and merchandising
- Follow S2/S3 medicine protocols and refer to the pharmacist when needed
- Bring promotions and campaigns to life with eye-catching displays
- Handle POS transactions with accuracy and confidence
- Pitch in with a small,

WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience: Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. Face-to-face retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Flexibility: Availability for casual shifts, with on-call availability preferred
- Customer magic: A knack for building rapport fast and giving advice people trust
- Communication: Transparent, warm and capable, on the floor and on the phone
- Heart: A genuine passion for health and wellbeing, and a positive, team-first attitude
