Company Description Neuro Spark Rehab is an allied health clinic supporting adults with neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs in Greater Shepparton and surrounding areas. The team provides specialized therapy and tailored rehab programs informed by a strong understanding of neurological impairments, underlying pathology, and individual goals. Services are delivered in the rehab facility, at clients’ homes, in gyms, pools, and other community settings as clinically appropriate.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Shepparton, VIC. The Physiotherapist will assess adults with neurological and complex rehab needs, formulate treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions to improve mobility, function, and independence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting comprehensive physical assessments, prescribing therapeutic exercises, providing gait and balance training, and using adjunct modalities and equipment as appropriate.

The role involves delivering therapy across a variety of settings including the clinic, client homes, gyms, and pools, and collaborating closely with clients, families, and other health professionals to achieve rehab goals.



The Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, contribute to service development, and participate in ongoing professional education and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary degree in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate professional/registration body.
- Demonstrated skills in neurological physiotherapy assessment and treatment, including mobility, balance, and functional rehabilitation.
- Experience working with adults with complex rehab needs, ideally in community, outpatient, or multidisciplinary settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Sound clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing career development.
- Ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and work effectively across different environments (clinic, home, gym, pool) with appropriate safety awareness.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of electronic health records and standard office software; familiarity with telehealth is an advantage.
- Current driver’s license and capacity to travel locally for community visits; relevant professional indemnity insurance as required.
