NTS Group is a well-established, Gold Coast–based civil construction company specialising in water and wastewater infrastructure.

We deliver works across three key areas:

1. Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Maintenance

2. Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Renewals

3. Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Projects

With strong, long-standing relationships across local utility authorities and developers, we have a solid pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.

We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hands, Pipelayers and Skilled Labourers to join our growing team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and have experience in civil construction, particularly water and wastewater infrastructure.

Ideally, applicants will have:

- Experience in water and wastewater construction, maintenance, repairs or pipelaying

- Experience working with underground services and civil infrastructure





- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (particularly for Leading Hand and Pipelayer positions)

- Sound knowledge of construction methods, safe work practices and site procedures

- Ability to complete daily paperwork, including pre-starts, JHAs and other site documentation

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- A proactive approach to workplace health and safety

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- A reliable, punctual and positive attitude

For Leading Hand positions, previous experience supervising crews, coordinating daily activities and managing site productivity will be highly regarded.

LICENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

- Construction Induction White Card – essential

- MR Driver's Licence – preferred, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

- HR Driver's Licence – highly regarded

- Certificate III in Pipelaying or Civil Construction – desirable

- Confined Space Entry certification – desirable

- Asbestos Removal certification – desirable

- Other relevant civil construction tickets and competencies will be highly regarded
