NiCE is seeking a Lead AI Software Engineer, CX to deliver AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions within the NICE CXone ecosystem. You will implement, configure, and deliver across customer environments as a hands-on technical contributor.

You’ll build integrations, optimize bot behaviors, and produce production-ready components while collaborating with Implementation Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers in a hybrid work setting.
