Pop Psychology and Three Little Birds Perinatal are growing, and we’re looking for a capable Practice Assistant to support our team in a role designed to be the eyes and ears on the ground.

This is a varied role that goes beyond traditional reception, combining client services, practice administration, operational support and assistance to our Business Manager and Company Director.

What you'll do

- Manage reception, appointments, enquiries and client communications.
- Oversee clinical administration, invoicing, payments and diary management.
- Support clinician onboarding and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Assist with marketing, business development and improving systems and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team.

Who we're looking for someone who:

- Is available a minimum of 3 days per week (*min 22 hours week)
- More then 2yrs experience in administration and essential skills in Microsoft Office
- Has a car and licence
- Works independently and takes initiative without waiting to be directed.




- Is a confident problem-solver who takes ownership and follows tasks through.
- Is highly organised and can manage competing priorities.
- Communicates professionally and works well with clinicians and clients.
- Enjoys improving systems and helping a business run smoothly.
- Most importantly: someone fun, down to earth and a excellent cultural fit for our quirky workplace.

Previous leadership experience is an advantage. Experience with Medicare, practice management software, Canva or social media is beneficial.
