We're looking for a positive, motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our wonderful Murrumba Downs team.

This is an approximately 8-month maternity leave contract with the potential for ongoing employment within our growing Avenue Dental network.

You'll enjoy a supported training and handover period alongside our current Practice Manager before stepping into the role independently in mid-January. It's a fantastic opportunity to get to know the team, our systems and the practice before taking the lead!

About the Role

We're seeking a confident, approachable and passionate Practice Manager to join our established team at Avenue Dental Murrumba Downs, located on Brisbane's northside. You'll play an important role in supporting our clinicians, leading and developing our team, and ensuring every patient enjoys an exceptional experience.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people, takes ownership of their role, and brings positivity, initiative and a passion for excellence to the practice.

Your Day-to-Day as Practice Manager:

- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Foster a positive, supportive and accountable team culture where everyone feels valued.
- Oversee daily practice operations, including rostering, staffing and appointment book management.
- Work closely with our dentists and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Drive practice performance through key business goals, patient retention and continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development.
- Lead by example, bringing positivity,



teamwork and a passion for excellence to everything you do.

About You
