At Alexandra Hills Dental, we're looking for a motivated, positive and organised Practice Manager to join our growing family dental practice in Brisbane's beautiful bayside community.

We're not just looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations. We want someone who is passionate about people, enjoys improving systems and processes, and is excited to help take our practice to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, motivating and supporting our dental and reception teams.




- Overseeing daily practice operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Driving practice performance, growth and patient satisfaction.
- Managing rosters, staff development and team accountability.
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Working closely with the practice owners and Savvy Dentist to achieve business goals.
- Creating a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous dental practice management experience EXACT (highly regarded).
- Is a confident, approachable and proactive leader.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative.
- Is comfortable working with KPIs and business performance goals.
- Can balance business outcomes with exceptional patient care.
- Brings positive energy, accountability and a genuine desire to grow.
