Own the journey from contract to construction
This long-standing WA builder creates custom homes for second and third home buyers. The business is led by a leadership team with decades of residential construction experience, and as it grows, it's adding an Admin Coordinator to keep the pre-construction side running smoothly.
The role
You'll take each job from signed contract to building permit. That means administering contracts, liaising with councils and shires, and making sure every document is in place and submitted for approval. You'll also step into prestart meetings when needed, such as during holidays.
Once the permit is issued, a dedicated Client Liaison Officer takes the job through construction to handover. That keeps your focus purely on pre-construction.
What your days will look like
Working closely with the Directors, you'll be:
- Overseeing administration across the pre-construction process
- Supporting the Contracts Administration, Prestart, Shire Approvals and Client Liaison functions
- Working with drafting, estimating, sales and construction to keep jobs moving
- Spotting ways to improve efficiency, communication and the customer experience
About you You may come from Contracts Administration, Client Liaison, Prestart or Approvals, or you've worked across a few of these and want a role that brings them together. You'll understand how the residential admin process fits together, and you'll enjoy helping the people around you succeed.
