ABOUT THE ROLE

Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced Precast Labourers for ongoing work with a busy and well-established precast manufacturing operation in Buchanan, NSW. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced precast yard, offering consistent full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential with a growing operation.

?Location: Buchanan, NSW

? Role: Precast Labourer

? Employment Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 4:00pm

? Overtime: Daily overtime + Saturday work available as required

? Pay Rate: $40.67 per hour casual + penalty rates

? Start: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Setting up and stripping precast moulds
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing activities
- Basic formwork and reinforcement work
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings and plans
- General precast yard duties
- Assisting production teams to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment




- Supporting trades and leading hands where required

ABOUT YOU

You are a reliable and experienced precast worker who takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety. To be successful in this role, you will have:

✅ Minimum 12 months of precast, concrete or civil earthworks experience

✅ White Card (Construction Induction)

✅ Current driver's licence and reliable transport

✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✅ Ability to work overtime

✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
