Primary School Teacher Teachers at Tyndale Christian School Strathalbyn confidently meet the academic, social, physical and emotional needs of their students by building strong and caring relationships and providing quality education for all learners. A priority is given to quality differentiation to support all learners and their needs. Through a restorative approach to behaviour management, teachers build a positive, caring learning workplace and develop relationships with students for the benefit of their learning and growth.

They establish and maintain clear communication and connection with the parent community.
