POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Associate-Principal Structural Engineer

- 10+ years experience in the Adelaide consultancy market
- CPEng required
- Demonstrated knowledge of local builders, architects, developers and PM groups
- Commercial acumen to chase and secure projects
- Big projects experience - Concrete framing exp is a MUST
- Abilty to manage and drive design packages,



project financials and people
- ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept expertise

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

- Demonstrated experience delivering large commercial buildings
- High level project management & review skills
- Highly capable technical design and management skills
- Excellent project delivery skills
- Financial management experience, fee proposals,P&L;, bid&tender; creation
- Experience building&maintaining; client relationships
- No fear attitude, comfortable with BD and sales
