Print Finisher – Balcatta (Part time to Full-Time)
About the role
We’re a busy, well-established print business in Balcatta looking for a reliable, detail-focused Print Finisher to join our friendly team. You’ll start part-time (around 30 hours per week) and move to full-time after an initial trial period. You’ll report to the Production Manager in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.
Hours
Monday to Friday only, with no weekends. Hours can be arranged around school drop-off and pick-up.
Key responsibilities
- Operate finishing equipment, including guillotine, folders, laminators and binding machines
- Trim, fold, bind, laminate and assemble printed materials
- Carry out quality checks so every job leaves to a high standard
- Pack and prepare jobs for dispatch
- Keep the work area clean and organised
- Help with general production and light admin as needed
About you
- At least 2 years’ experience in print finishing or bindery (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Keen to learn and take on new tasks
- Able to stand for periods and lift boxes up to 15–20 kg
