Physio Professionals is seeking an experienced and confident Physiotherapist to join our established Sunshine Coast team. We have two employment options available:

- Full-time: Working across our Buderim and Caloundra clinics.
- Part-time: Based at our Buderim clinic, with flexibility for the right experienced candidate.

We're looking for someone who combines solid clinical reasoning with excellent communication, builds lasting patient relationships, and confidently guides patients through individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans. About the Role

You'll manage a diverse private practice caseload with strong administrative support and access to quality rehabilitation facilities.

Your role will include

- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Developing and delivering evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Hands-on physiotherapy and exercise prescription.
- Clearly explaining clinical findings, treatment recommendations and rehabilitation goals.
- Building strong patient relationships and supporting continuity of care.
- Small-group rehabilitation or exercise sessions where appropriate.
- Collaborating with experienced clinicians.
- Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation.

About You

We're looking for a physiotherapist who is confident working independently in private practice while enjoying being part of a collaborative clinical team.

You'll have





- Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia.
- A Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Solid private practice experience and strong clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to explain clinical findings and rehabilitation plans clearly.
- A patient-centred approach with a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes.
- Professional accountability and a willingness to embrace feedback and continuous improvement.

Importantly, you'll take ownership of your caseload, provide clear clinical direction and confidently guide patients through their rehabilitation.
