The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our Feed Supply Chain team at our Eagle Farm Head Office.

This is an excellent prospect for a recent graduate or an organised professional looking to develop their career in procurement, agriculture or supply chain operations.

Working closely with our National Commodity Procurement Manager, you will support the day-to-day administration of raw material purchasing, inventory management and transport coordination across SunPork's feed mills.

You'll gain valuable exposure to commodity markets, supplier relationships and procurement processes while developing your skills within a diverse, national agricultural business.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

- Support procurement activities for raw materials, including grains, proteins and feed ingredients.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, commodity contracts and supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory, pricing and stock control records.
- Assist with stock reconciliations, freight processing and end-of-month reporting.
- Coordinate transport bookings and deliveries with logistics teams and freight providers.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist with data analysis.




- Build positive working relationships with suppliers, feed mill managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support improvements to procurement processes, reporting and administrative systems.

About You We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn and enjoys working with numbers, systems and people.

To be successful, you will bring:

- An interest in procurement, agriculture, commodities or supply chain operations.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Highly Regarded, but Not Essential:
- Relevant tertiary studies or qualifications in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, logistics or administration.
- Exposure to stock control, finance or ERP systems.
- An understanding of agricultural commodities or feed manufacturing.
