Hasfarm Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Co-ordinator to support our Procurement team in delivering seamless supply across Australia. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on data, reporting, and coordination, working closely with suppliers, states, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

· Create, process, and track purchase orders to meet customer demand and maintain stock levels

· Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams on orders, deliveries, and inventory run-outs

· Maintain accurate product, supplier, and pricing data in SAP and other systems

· Monitor supply performance, report on procurement metrics, and resolve discrepancies between invoices and receivals

· Support the planning and execution of promotional events and peak seasonal periods (e.g., Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day)

· Assist with sample management, including requests, testing, feedback, and supplier communication

· Generate buying and cost analysis reports to identify supply or margin improvements





· Support contingency planning for supply chain disruptions or product shortages

· Process invoices, adjustment notes, and other procurement-related documentation

· Collaborate with state and national teams to ensure allocation of stock aligns with demand forecasts

· Maintain risk registers and escalate issues proactively to prevent delays or overspend

What We’re Looking For

· 2–5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FMCG/food industry preferred)

· Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

· Strong Excel and data analysis skills

· Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

· Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce preferred
