Procurement Coordinator l High end Multi-res

Are you an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned?

We're partnering with a well-established organisation delivering large-scale built environment projects and looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the successful delivery of procurement packages from planning through to site delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in procurement, project coordination, construction products, manufacturing, or the wider construction industry who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and project stages.

The Role

Working closely with project teams and suppliers, you'll help coordinate procurement activities, monitor package progress, manage documentation, and ensure key project milestones are achieved.

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordinating procurement packages from planning through to delivery
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and project information
- Preparing procurement documentation and RFQs
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Tracking production and delivery milestones
- Managing samples,



approvals, and technical documentation
- Monitoring risks, timelines, and project requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and procurement schedules
- Supporting project teams to ensure successful outcomes

About You

- Experience in procurement, project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or architecture
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
