Production Assistant – Meat Processing

What you’ll be doing

- Preparing beef for processing

- Trim and slice beef (fat and silver skin)

- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe

- Following HACCP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards

- Supporting the team with general production tasks as needed

- Machine operation (vacuum tumbler, slicer machine, meat grinder, sausage stuffing)





What we’re looking for

- Experience in food production or meat processing is preferred, but not essential for the right person

- Experience with machines

- Positive attention to detail and willingness to follow processes

- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of hands-on work

- Comfortable working with knives
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a great crew
