Cater Care is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team. This permanent part time role is about 28 hours per week with hybrid working in Brisbane or Sydney, offering flexibility and growth opportunities.
You will provide practical, commercially focused advice on performance, disciplinary and conduct matters, navigate grievances, and interpret the Fair Work Act and contracts. You’ll plan and conduct investigations and help improve ER/IR policies across the business.
