Future Business Technology Group – Southport QLD

You’ll work across a broad range of customer environments, providing remote and onsite support while helping manage their day-to-day IT systems. The position is based in Southport CBD, with periodic travel to our Brisbane office and customer sites across South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities

- Level 1 and Level 2 remote and onsite support
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune and Defender
- Windows and macOS workstation and server environments
- User onboarding, offboarding, accounts and permissions
- Network troubleshooting across routers, firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, DNS and DHCP
- Managing customer devices and assets through RMM platform
- Endpoint security, cybersecurity monitoring and remediation
- Backup monitoring, troubleshooting and management
- Microsoft 365, workstation, network and hardware deployments
- Hosted VoIP phone system and handset support

About you

- Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments
- Microsoft Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Exchange and SharePoint experience
- Networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting
- Endpoint security and backup solutions experience




- RMM and remote support tools experience
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic VoIP and business telephony knowledge
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
