Lamda Medical Network is seeking a proactive, commercially driven Business Development & Account Executive to help grow healthcare partnerships across Australia. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting out into the market, building relationships, generating opportunities and closing business. You will work directly with the founder across a diverse portfolio of healthcare products and services.
Key responsibilities
Research and identify prospective medical practices, clinics, specialists, healthcare groups and corporate clients.
Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business.
Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with healthcare decision-makers.
Develop relationships with specialists, business owners, physiotherapists, GPs, and practice managers.
Present approved healthcare products and services to prospective customers.
Coordinate product demonstrations and commercial onboarding.
Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to agreement.
Follow up leads, prepare quotations and support commercial proposals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reporting.
Support several healthcare business development projects simultaneously.
About you
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B business development,
sales or account management.
Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, allied health or private healthcare experience highly regarded.
Proven ability to generate opportunities through proactive prospecting.
Confidence speaking with healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers.
Solid communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to attend face-to-face client meetings.
