At Kids Gourmet Food (KGF), we prepare fresh, nutritious meals for childcare centres across NSW, QLD and VIC.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Cook to join our busy, day food production team in Brookvale.

This isn't your typical restaurant kitchen! You'll be working in a high-volume production environment, preparing and cooking meals in large batches, assisting with food packaging and helping our team meet daily production targets.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking meals in large batches (bulk production)
- Following standardised recipes to ensure consistency and quality
- Assisting with portioning, packing and labelling finished meals
- Working on production and packaging lines to meet daily targets
- Handling ingredients, equipment and food products, including repetitive tasks and lifting up to 25 kg
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Working closely with the team to keep daily production running smoothly

About You We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a high-volume kitchen, catering or food production environment
- Is comfortable with bulk cooking, repetitive tasks and food packaging
- Works efficiently and stays organised in a fast-paced environment
- Can follow recipes, instructions and production schedules




- Is reliable, punctual and a outstanding team player
- Takes pride in producing safe, quality food

Essential Requirements

- Full-time, unrestricted Australian working rights
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM
- Previous commercial cooking or bulk food production experience
- Ability to perform the physical duties of the role safely
