The Opportunity

PWR is a global leader in advanced cooling solutions, trusted by Aerospace and Defence, Formula 1, NASCAR, Supercars, and high-performance automotive customers worldwide. We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our ESS Department, playing a key role in supporting production operations, R&D; programmes and the manufacture of high-performance products.

As a Production Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical support across manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues and driving process development and optimisation. You will work closely with production and quality teams to improve efficiency, reduce variability and ensure our products consistently meet PWR's high standards.

You will also support technical initiatives across the department, developing and maintaining process documentation, conducting root cause investigations and helping production teams embed engineering best practice.

Whether you’re a recent engineering graduate or have a couple of years of industry experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative and drive to learn and develop.

Your Skills and Experience

- Engineering degree or equivalent technical/trade qualification and experience

- Experience within manufacturing, production engineering or a similar technical environment

- Solid process improvement, optimisation and root cause problem-solving skills

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and use precision measuring equipment

- Understanding of manufacturing processes, Quality Systems and standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
