Operations / Production Supervisor – Manufacturing & Logistics

Circa $120k + super :: Lead production, strengthen planning and help shape the next stage of a growing Australian manufacturing operation.

We're looking for an ambitious hands-on Operations / Production Supervisor who combines solid people leadership with production planning, inventory management and logistics experience . This is a broad manufacturing business operational role, not solely a shop-floor supervisory position.

The role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll:

- Lead approximately 15 multiskilled production employees.
- Plan production schedules, allocate labour and manage changing priorities.
- Coordinate work in progress, raw materials, stock levels and finished-product availability.
- Oversee warehouse, dispatch and international replenishment requirements.
- Help introduce SAP Business One across production planning and inventory processes.
- Work closely with engineering, quality and logistics colleagues to improve efficiency, safety and delivery performance.
- Take genuine ownership of day-to-day operational decisions.

What we're looking for You'll bring proven experience supervising people in a manufacturing environment,



together with sound production planning and organisational capability.

Particularly relevant experience includes:

- Production scheduling, workforce allocation and WIP management.
- ERP/MRP systems, inventory and stock control.
- Warehousing, logistics and supplier coordination.
- Performance management, continuous improvement and WHS.
- Working across production, engineering, quality and commercial teams.

Electronics manufacturing experience is advantageous, not essential.

- We're equally interested in capable supervisors from other manufacturing environments who understand how to keep people, materials, production and deliveries moving together.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is valuable.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One is helpful, but not mandatory.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 exposure would be an advantage.
