About the role

You'll be a phone-based appointment setter filling our Directors' calendars with introductory calls to pool businesses across Australia, so we can onboard them as AquaTech Group dealers. You start the conversation, earn a short phone meeting with the business owner, and hand over a prepared, confirmed appointment. You are not expected to sell the product or negotiate terms. You are expected to get the right person to say yes to 20 minutes on the phone, and to make sure they turn up.

Key responsibilities

- Make 80+ outbound calls every day to pool shops, builders and pool technicians from the provided high-quality list
- Get past the front counter or receptionist to the owner or decision maker
- Give a short, confident introduction of AquaTech Group, our product range and the dealer opportunity, and handle common objections
- Book a 20 minute phone meeting directly into Rob's or Tony's calendar in agreed time blocks
- Monitor CRM confirmation and reminder messaging and respond where necessary
- Update the CRM on every call with decision-maker name, mobile, email, business type and notes in real-time
- Re-book no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours
- Work follow-up and call-back lists so no warm lead goes cold
- Keep the lead list clean: flag wrong numbers, closed businesses,



duplicates and existing dealers
- Share feedback weekly on objections, segments and messages that are or aren't working

Your Remuneration

- $60,000 to $75,000
- Plus Commission

About you

- At least 5–10 years of B2B appointment setting, with numbers you can show
- Explicit, warm, confident natural spoken English that suits Australian small-business owners
- Comfortable making 80+ calls a day and hearing "no" without losing energy
- Disciplined CRM habits and accurate note-taking
- Self-managing when working remotely; reliable on start times and calling blocks
- A quiet workspace, a headset and a stable internet connection
- Experience calling trades, retail shops or owner-operated businesses in Australia is highly regarded
- Knowledge of the pool, spa, home improvement or outdoor industry is highly regarded
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and dialler is highly regarded
- Experience booking meetings for a founder or director is highly regarded
