The Role Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of projects across a diverse portfolio including multi-residential, mixed-use, community and specialist housing developments.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead projects and key project stages
- Coordinate consultants, stakeholders and project teams
- Maintain design quality through delivery
- Manage client relationships and project outcomes
- Mentor emerging architects and team members
- Contribute to studio growth and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring




- Qualification in Architecture and relevant industry experience
- Experience leading projects or significant project stages
- Strong design, technical delivery or all-round project capability
- Proficiency in Revit and documentation coordination
- Ability to manage clients, consultants and stakeholders

Experience delivering multi-residential, mixed-use or other complex building projects will be highly regarded.
