? About the Role

As our Project Delivery Coordinator, you’ll help keep work moving from the first service request through to completed, client-confirmed close-out. You’ll coordinate people, suppliers and information so jobs are delivered properly, documentation is right, and the team has what it needs to finish strong.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive jobs through to completion, close-out and client confirmation
- Own service requests and keep communication clear from start to finish
- Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors, trades and suppliers to keep work moving
- Maintain TBP-standard job documentation, updates and close-out records
- Support procurement, task reconciliation and invoice readiness with internal teams
- Spot issues early, keep people informed and help remove delivery roadblocks
- Build your knowledge of TBP’s AV systems, processes and quality standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

You must have

- A genuine willingness to learn how delivery work is coordinated across crews, trades, suppliers and service activity
- Strong organisation,



follow-through and clear communication
- A practical, hands-on approach — and willingness to get in and get your hands dirty when needed
- The ability to learn new systems, technology and processes quickly

It’d be excellent if you have:
- Experience in AV, construction, electrical, communications or another technical workplace
- Experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors
- A current White Card and driver licence

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
