Impact Curriculum is a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation committed to improving educational equity through high-quality, evidence-informed curriculum resources and teaching support.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and collaborative Project Lead to drive the planning and delivery of diverse initiatives, from digital product development to curriculum and school-based projects.

What you’ll do:

- Lead projects from planning and development through to launch and review.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, curriculum and production.
- Establish clear project plans, milestones, processes and accountabilities.
- Manage competing priorities, risks and stakeholder relationships.




- Help improve how we work and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple complex projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- An understanding of digital product development and confidence working with technical teams.
- A practical, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine commitment to improving educational outcomes.
