Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Project Support Officer./n

/n Contract: 6 months | Immediate Start/n

/n Hourly Pay Rate: $45+ p/h + Super/n

/n /n

/n Responsibilities: /n

/n /n

- Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to assist with the delivery of projects and business initiatives.

/n

- Assist with the development, maintenance and updating of templates, procedures and project documentation.

/n

- Coordinate and support council meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes and maintaining accurate records.

/n

- Assist with the coordination of vendors, stakeholders and internal teams to support project delivery.

/n

- Provide guidance and support to staff across the business on internal systems, processes and procedures.

/n

- Maintain accurate documentation, registers and records in line with council policies and governance requirements.

/n

- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, systems and workflows.

/n

- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers and other documentation as required.

/n





- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, monitor progress and ensure administrative and project tasks are completed within required timeframes.

/n Essential:/n

/n /n

- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment

/n

- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded

/n /n
