The Rebecca-Roe Gold Project is one of Ramelius Resources' flagship growth projects, involving the construction of a major greenfield mining and 3.25Mtpa processing operation that will establish a long-life, standalone gold production hub in Western Australia's Goldfields. The project will transform our operating footprint and form a key part of Ramelius' pathway to becoming a 600,000-ounce-per-year gold producer.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Superintendent will play a key leadership role in the safe and successful delivery of the Rebecca-Roe Gold Project.

As Deputy Construction

Manager and Alternate SSE, you will provide visible leadership across multiple construction work fronts, working closely with contractors and stakeholders to drive strong safety, schedule, cost and quality outcomes while removing barriers to execution and keeping delivery on track.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Support the Construction Manager in the delivery of all construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover

- Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across multiple contractor work fronts and site-based teams

- Act as Deputy Construction Manager and assume leadership responsibilities during periods of absence





- Fulfil Alternate SSE responsibilities and support compliance with statutory obligations and site governance requirements

- Monitor construction progress, productivity and performance against project schedules and milestones

- Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning, operations readiness and project support teams

- Identify and resolve construction risks, constraints and execution challenges to maintain project momentum

- Promote a strong safety culture through visible field leadership, coaching and engagement

- Support contractor management activities, including performance monitoring, planning and site compliance

- Build collaborative relationships with contractors, project personnel and key stakeholders

About You

You are a hands-on construction leader with experience delivering major mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial projects. You thrive in dynamic project environments, have strong leadership capability, practical problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate people and priorities to achieve successful project outcomes.

You bring:

- Extensive construction leadership experience within mining, processing or major industrial projects





- Proven capability delivering large-scale greenfield or brownfield capital projects

- Robust multidisciplinary construction experience across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works

- Demonstrated ability to lead contractors and manage complex site interfaces

- Track record of achieving safety, schedule, cost and quality targets

- Strong planning, execution and project coordination skills

- Visible and influential safety leader with a commitment to operational excellence

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making capability

- Engineering, Construction Management or related tertiary qualification (preferred)

- Hold the Senior Site Executive qualification or be willing to obtain it

- Mine development, process plant or gold project experience highly regarded
